My Resolutions

I came up with these as a way to challenge myself daily and to convict myself at each opportunity of how I spend my time. I posted these at home and one at work. I try to memorize and think of them consistently.

I will…

Place Bible study and application as the number one priority in my life, above all else, seeking God.

Humbly seek God through prayer in a disciplined, consistent, devoted manner repenting each trespass against Him, asking His guidance, seeking His provision and interceding for those in need.

Love, provide, protect, guide, and teach my family, lead by example and build a God-glorifying legacy.

Serve Christ’s church with the attitude, energy, and focus that it deserves, as Christ’s first love.

Question myself daily, if I lived more for the Lord or myself, served Jesus or my selfish desires, grew God’s kingdom or my own, sought His will or mine.
